I think I was hungry

At one point I ended up walking to a McDonald's restaurant. Next thing after a rant about how everyone in their commercials was always depicted as on the go (in dream world commercials that I recalled moments from), I found myself with a beef patty and a chicken patty in hand, without fixings and hardly any bun. The chicken looked just as processed as the beef.

Why can't I have nice things?
